We are looking for a new team member who has a talent for crafting coffee beverages and can also assist with social media and marketing tasks.
Ideal candidates should have experience in coffee making and/or kitchen work, possess a team-oriented mindset, and excel in customer service.
The position offers 28-35 hours per week, with shifts starting as early as 6:
30 am and ending as late as 2:
30 pm Monday to Friday.
Some Saturday availability is required, starting at 7:
30 am and finishing at 1:
30 pm.
Compensation is based on experience, ranging from $14.
50 to $16 per hour.
Additionally, team members receive tips averaging an extra $3 to $5 per hour, resulting in an average hourly wage of $17.
